Ballard (Civic) Municipal Center Park Development - Phase II Construction

The project included construction of the Ballard Civic Center Park and adjacent street improvements.  The project included the installation of a skate bowl and decking, cast-in-place concrete walls and pavement, fabrication and installation of custom site furnishings.  Other additions were installation of granite sculptures and water features, and an interactive re-circulating fountain system with pump house.  The project included installation of site utilities including site lighting, planting, and irrigation.
