PCL Intracon is a diversified electrical/instrumentation industrial construction company, servicing the oil and gas, petrochemical, mining, power, and pulp and paper industries.

Our primary focus is to pursue electrical work on industrial projects in Western Canada. However, we go where our clients need us, performing specific projects throughout North America. The construction value of our contracts ranges from $10,000 to $50 million.

In terms of new construction, we can handle the electrical and instrumentation work for entire projects, including materials procurement, coordinating sub trades, and plant start up and commissioning. We’re also capable of everything from an emergency shutdown to a major plant turnaround.

The majority of our work is performed on a direct hire basis. Our electrical/instrumentation crews are drawn from highly skilled unionized craft personnel, many of whom have worked together for more than 15 years. We enjoy a steady workload and are focused on providing safe work environments.

In April 2003, PCL Intracon Power Inc. became a member of the PCL family of companies. PCL is one of the largest general contracting organizations in North America.
